April – 22nd & 24th and 29th & May 1st 6:30pm – (Mon-Wed) –We will be offering a 6 class On Ramp cycle. Class size will be limited to the first 10 people. Each class builds on each other so you will need to be available for all dates. To sign up or get more info e-mail

What is On Ramp? An introductory program designed to familiarize participants with the movements, skills, and intensity of CrossFit. It will cover functional movements (squats, presses & pulls), Olympic lifting, running mechanics, skill progressions (gymnastics, rope climbs & double-under) mobility and nutrition.
