Crestview CrossFit On-Ramp Training Classes

What is On Ramp? An introductory program designed to familiarize participants with the movements, skills, and intensity of CrossFit. It will cover functional movements (squats, presses & pulls), Olympic lifting, running mechanics, skill progressions (gymnastics, rope climbs & double-under) mobility and nutrition.
